Once upon a time Lindsay Lohan was a fresh-faced young star who enjoyed switching places with her long-lost twin sister and swapping bodies with Jamie Lee Curtis. But after a well-received turn in 2004's 'Mean Girls,' it all went to hell.

As you'll see on the left, La Lohan once had an adorable baby face, but a combination of hard living plus bad surgery and injectable fillers have given her once cute visage an alternately puffy and/or more severe look that ages her to the point where we forget she's only in her 20s.

Looking at photos of her side-by-side with her mom, it's sometimes hard to tell who the daughter is. And not just because they both tend to act like drunken teenagers with impulse control issues.
