Kathy Griffin + Anderson Cooper

When CNN producers put Kathy Griffin and Anderson Cooper together five years ago, we aren’t sure they knew exactly the kind of monster they were creating. The two are oddly good together, bringing out the best and worst in each other and making NYE a special time for everyone -- including the network’s censors.

To kick off 2013 in just the right way, Griffin attempted to perform a very naughty sexual act on Cooper's holiday package, despite the fact that neither of them is each other’s type. Which confused everyone who wasn't yet drunk enough to be confused anyway.
