Courtney Stodden’s Mom Tries to Convince Us Her Daughter Would Never Do Porn [VIDEO]
Courtney Stodden would do anything for love, but she won't do that. Porn, that is. At least not according to her mother, Krista.
Krista and Courtney once again talked to Dr. Jenn Berman on the season finale of VH1's 'Couples Therapy' since it went so well when Krista told the long-suffering shrink that God makes Courtney wear skimpy clothes and all but admitted to wanting to bone Courtney's creepy husband Doug Hutchison.
This time, the Stodden ladies (and we do use that term loosely) discussed porn and the fact that Courtney has to tape clothing onto her body because her mom doesn't want any nip-slips. You know. The usual mother/daughter chitchat.
Since, as Dr. Berman puts it, Krista helped to brand her daughter as a “hyper-sexualized being,” she asks if there's anything she wouldn't want Courtney to participate in.
Krista responded, "I do not ever want to see her do like, pornography ... I don't want people to see her with no clothes on." She annotates this by saying that would upset her as a mother. Because she's just teeming with maternal instincts.
But Courtney countered with, "I feel like if something is tastefully done, if it's in black or white or you know, you're doing something that you would normally do naturally when you're in the nude, I think that could be classy and tastefully done.”
We see an all black-and-white XXX feature in Courtney's future, because that's totally tasteful. Don't even get her started on sepia -- that's how the Queen shoots all her porn.
Thankfully, Dr. Berman was there to remind her that almost anything can be done naturally in the nude, most of which strays far beyond the line of tasteful. A comment which Krista and Courtney nodded at so people would think they understood even though it's clear they didn't.
Despite all this will-she-won't-she, Krista did admit that a lot of “high class” and “respectable” women have posed for Playboy, so we guess she's not completely turned off by the idea of her daughter being a centerfold.
We agree with Dr. Berman's final assessment: “Courtney is going to need a lot more than three weeks of therapy.”
