Courteney Cox Without Makeup

Courteney Cox, seen here stomping around in 2008 after dinner in Malibu and seemingly before copious amounts of plastic surgery, was once not afraid to leave the house without her trusty makeup.

Nor should she have been, because Cox looked more approachable and authentic than we've seen her in recent years. These days, her cheekbones are so sharp they could cut diamonds.

Unfortunately, the 'Cougar Town' star can't turn back the clock and get her gorgeous makeup-free visage back.
