Kelly Ripa Without Makeup

Television host of 'LIVE! With Kelly,' formerly 'LIVE! With Regis and Kelly' and now 'LIVE! With Kelly and Michael' (sheesh), Kelly Ripa wandered the streets of Midtown in New York in 2010 showing off her spackle-free face.

The (almost) always health and body-conscious Ripa looked like a different person sans cosmetics, and kinda like it.

We're not even tempted to toss snacks at her so she can put some meat on her tiny yet overly muscled bod.

Makeup or no makeup, the pint-sized host is beloved by millions, but it's nice to see her sharing her not-so-television-ready face with the masses.
