Like her 'Resident Evil' counterpart Alice, Milla Jovovich was ready to fight a horde of the undead when she left her London home in 2011 -- but she was less than prepared to face the paparazzi without her normal makeup regimen.

The usually put-together star left her home with no cosmetics looking like a completely different person.

Are we sure that's even Milla Jovovich? It's hard to separate the actress/model/musician/fashion designer from her usually glossed and pouty lips.

It's a miracle anyone recognized her.

At least her hair wasn't channeling any fifth elements. Thank goodness for small favors.
