The model, who rose to prominence in the '90s for her "heroin-chic" look, was spotted leaving a Japanese restaurant in Notting Hill, London in 2011 sans makeup.

And Moss, who really should learn why they invented bras and immediately put that knowledge to use, appears to be aging. Rapidly.

It feels like only yesterday she was fresh and rosy and not so ... well, not so Kate Moss. Unfortunately the past is catching up with her, and no amount of makeup can reverse the ravages of time spent partying and using copious amounts of questionable substances.
