If you were under the assumption that Dave Coulier, aka Uncle Joey from 'Full House,' was also in 'Dumb and Dumber' alongside Jim Carrey ... you assumed wrong. It's understandable, though.

That was actually Jeff Daniels, whose other notable work includes the spider-horror film 'Arachnophobia,' the heart-warming 'Fly Away Home' and the current Aaron Sorkin political series 'The Newsroom.' He will reprise his role as Harry in 'Dumb and Dumber To' (not a typo) in 2014.

Since his stint on 'Full House,' Coulier has done a lot of stand-up comedy, a bunch of voice-over work (on shows like 'Robot Chicken' and 'Teen Titans'), and appeared in a guest spot on 'How I Met Your Mother' as himself this year. Coulier also has a place in pop culture history as the guy Alanis Morissette was (probably) singing about in her vitriolic 1995 breakup anthem, 'You Oughta Know.'
