Amanda Bynes Says That Wasn’t Her at the Gym in Fishnets and a Wig. And We Kind of Believe Her.
Amanda Bynes was allegedly kicked out of a New York gymnastics class for showing up in an outfit comprised of fishnets, a wig, and a lingerie-like leotard. Of course she denies it -- and given that there's no video footage, we're inclined to believe her.
Because come on -- if Amanda Bynes showed up at your gym, wouldn't you just turn on your cell phone's camera and wait for the inevitable hijinx to ensue?
Sources told Page Six that gym staff became worried when Bynes was "muttering to herself," and that she "burst into tears when she attempted a cartwheel and her dark-colored wig fell off.”
“She lined up with the other gymnasts, and each took their turn to perform a roll. But Amanda just walked out on the mat, was spinning around in circles and mumbling to herself,” added another witness, who claimed Bynes had been acting strangely since her arrival.
The story continues that Bynes was eventually asked to leave the class, which she had also attended the week before, because the staff was "concerned about her manner and worried she might be a hazard to other people in the class.”
In response, Bynes took to Twitter threatening to sue anyone reporting the story as true, because she has been a little litigious lately.
As we said above, we tend to believe her -- as long as she doesn't claim her infamous impostor was responsible, that is.
