Lindsay Lohan Mugshots – July 20, 2010

Well, at least Lindsay managed to go three years without a mugshot this time around.

After a judge found her in violation of the probation she earned following two 2007 DUI arrests, she was sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days of inpatient rehab treatment.

Due to jail overcrowding and the fact that she was a non-violent criminal, she only spent 14 of her 90 day sentence locked up, and then entered rehab -- from which she was released after only 23 days.

Maybe all these abbreviated punishments have been part of the problem.
