Kat Von D Tattooed Miley Cyrus Again [PHOTO]

When the going gets tough, the tough get tattooed.

In light of a flurry of rumors that her relationship with Liam Hemsworth is at best rocky and at worst over, Miley Cyrus took solace under the needle of Kat Von D.

Cyrus opted for Da Vinci's anatomical heart as the latest addition to her body's canvas. She got it inked on her forearm, just under the Roman numerals that don't actually add up to anything.

Von D tweeted about the piece, writing, “Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart! ❤”

It's the second piece the former 'L.A. Ink' star has done for the former child star. She previously etched a Native American symbol for friendship on Cyrus' elbow.

There's no color in the new piece, but the artwork is pretty solid and shaded beautifully. We're just not sure it's going to look so great with, you know, a wedding dress.

Then again, that may not matter after all.
