Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson found himself in the hospital after some abdominal tearing sustained during a Wrestlemania 29 match against opponent John Cena.

Ouch. Does this mean wrestling is kinda-sorta real? Because clearly the injuries are.

But as Johnson shared in this recovery photo at the hospital following his surgery, he's doing just fine.

On April 23, the 40-year-old action star tweeted the photo of himself in a Superman shirt (flashing some free tickets to the gun show) along with the caption:

"Surgery a success! Dr repaired 3 hernial tears (fun pain). Superman is on the mend.. #WeFallWeRise"

In all honesty, this whole incident is just an Old Spice commercial waiting to happen.

As a result of the surgery, he was forced to miss the premiere of his newest film 'Pain and Gain,' which was directed by Michael "Boom Went the Dynamite" Bay and also stars Mark Wahlberg and Rebel Wilson.

Hopefully the Rock will recover quickly enough to enjoy next month's premiere of another of his movies -- 'Fast & the Furious 6.' (If you missed installments 2 through 5, we're guessing it won't be hard to get caught up.)
