Robert Kardashian’s Diary Says Kris Jenner Abused Kim, Kourtney + Khloe
Between 1989 and 1990, the late Robert Kardashian kept a diary that detailed his life's mundane events -- and the dark side of his then-wife Kris Jenner and how her alleged cray affected their children Kim, Kourtney and Khloe.
And of course he jotted those thoughts down instead of, you know, taking legal action. Even though he was a celebrated attorney himself.
In Touch gained the diary through Robert's widow, Ellen Kardashian, and one entry dated Aug. 24, 1989, recalls, “Kris was kicking and beating [Kim] and said she was going to kill her! Kim was hysterical.”
This is just one example of many entries In Touch claims to have in its possession, which chronicles the end of Robert's 12-year marriage to Kris.
The journal also details an affair the momager had with Todd Waterman, a young soccer player with whom Kris often spent days at a time. “She doesn’t leave a number in case of emergency. She doesn’t care! She left [the] kids and screwed all night!” Robert wrote on Dec. 15, 1989.
“Kris couldn’t get her act together. I was home alone with four kids,” he recalls of the family's Christmas festivities 10 days later.
Robert's widow claims the journals are 100 percent real, saying, "These are authentic handwritten journals I have shared, that my late husband Robert Kardashian so carefully wrote ... at a most trying and touching time of his life. They are my personal possessions and he left them to me on his passing."
The scanned pages of Robert's journal can be found inside the issue of In Touch that's on newsstands now. And from the sounds of it, it has the makings of a Lifetime movie -- or at least a new reality show on E!.
