Prince William and Kate Middleton showed off their Royal Baby to the peasants, and guess what? He looks like a baby.

Stepping out in a blue polka dot dress that not only matched her own mum, Carole Middleton, but also what the late Princess Diana wore when William was born, Middleton told press (via The National Post), "It was very emotional, it is such a special time."

Carole added, "He's absolutely beautiful. They're both doing really well, we're so thrilled!"

William quipped, "He's got quite the pair of lungs on him. He's a big boy -- I can tell you that, he's quite heavy!" He added, "He's got his mother's looks; he was rather tardy and I'll remind him of that later."

Despite having nine months to pick out a moniker, Will said that the couple are "still working on a name."

Talking to the mass paparazzi and reporters, William chuckled, "I hope you can all get back to normal now."
