Justin Theroux Will Throw Down for Jennifer Aniston, Still Feels ‘Protective’ Over Ex-Wife
Justin Theroux revealed that he still feels "protective" over ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.
While chatting about his new film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the actor explained that he and Aniston, who tied the knot in 2015, are still "close."
Despite splitting two years later, the Friends alum still holds a special place in his heart.
"She is still very dear to me so, of course, yeah, I feel protective," Theroux told The Times.
He was especially proud of his ex after she publicly attacked vice-presidential candidate JD Vance over his controversial "childless cat ladies" comment, saying Aniston, "batted back criticism, as well she should.”

In a resurfaced Fox News interview, Vance claimed that women, like presidential candidate Kamala Harris, are "childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and … want to make the rest of the country miserable too."
Aniston called out the Hillbilly Elegy author on her Instagram.
"I truly can’t believe this is coming from a potential VP of the United States," the 55-year-old TV icon wrote in response.

Theroux has a new leading lady in his life, fiancée Nicole Brydon Bloom.
The Violet star proposed to the actress while in Italy attending the 2024 Venice Film Festival.
He admitted that he was "nervous" to pop the question, but the outcome was "wonderful."
