Heather Locklear was arrested in September 2008 after a witness called 911 and reported her driving erratically on a California highway.

Cops later pulled the bombshell over and eventually cited her for driving under the influence of prescription drugs.

She could use a hairbrush and some lipstick, but we've admittedly looked worse after a night of debauchery.
