Swank's home features 6,700 square feet, six bedrooms and 6.5 baths. This is the second time it's been on the market, but the price (roughly $9.5 million) doesn't seem to be dropping.

The master suite has its own fireplace, an ocean-view terrace, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom comes complete with a chandelier, two sinks and a soaking tub, not to mention an armchair with the initials "HS" sewn into the back. Because money.
