Kris Humphries is continuing his never-ending quest to prove that his marriage to Kim Kardashian was a sham perpetrated by her family to make money and boost their reality show's ratings -- and for the first time, his family has jumped in to help him make his case.

Guys, you don't have to try so hard. We believe you.

After his own lawyer bowed out because Humphries wouldn't agree to a divorce rather than an annulment based on fraud, Kris's aunt and uncle have chimed in with a few choice words before the case goes to trial in May.

“It was a sham. My understanding of marriage is people are going to give it more than 72 days unless there’s serious abuse,” Humphries' aunt Dedria told the Sun to an imaginary soundtrack of Twisted Sister's 'We're Not Gonna Take It.'

“If I felt somebody had duped me and used me in front of the whole world, I would be very angry.”

Dedria also referred to Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner as the “wicked mastermind” behind the whole wedding, saying that Kris -- the husband, not the mother -- would “love for her to get thumped.”

Continued his uncle Mike, “I can just see him wanting a pound of flesh back. I believe he wants payback.”

The couple, who don't own a television, claim to have been suspicious since day one of the relationship, with Dedria commenting, “I had no idea who [Kim] was at first — I had to ask my hairdresser. She is impeccably groomed but it is a facade.” (Harsh. Nothing would wound Kim like someone not knowing who she is.)

Anyway, Kris is bound and determined to get that annulment, if for no other reason than it would nullify the former couple's prenup. Which means he wouldn't be bound to that whole pesky confidentiality clause -- and oh, the stories he could tell about being "frauded."
