Justin Bieber Finishes His Tattoo Sleeve [PHOTO]

In an apparent quest to resemble a startled octopus, Justin Bieber got yet another tattoo: a rose, thus finishing the sleeve of ink on his left arm.

After doing a Thursday night show at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, Justin popped by Bang Bang Tattoo Parlor in NYC, where other stars like Adele and Rihanna have been inked. There, celebrity tattoo artist Keith "Bang Bang" McCurdy (who's done some of Justin's other body art) added a rose above the singer's left elbow.

In addition to the pic that Bieber posted to Instagram, the tat is also clearly visible in photos he took with fans when he left Bang Bang's.

For those of you keeping score at home, this is the 17th tat the tween phenom has gotten in the past three years (he got his first one when he was 16). He got a rather creepy one of his mother's eye a couple weeks ago, captioning the photo, "Mom's always watching."
