David Geffen filed for divorce from husband David Armstrong after two years of marriage.

According to TMZ, the billionaire didn't sign a prenup before tying the knot with the former dancer.

Geffen, reportedly worth over $9 billion, cited "irreconcilable differences" in filing for divorce.

Their official date of separation is marked as February 22, 2025, and in true Hollywood fashion, Geffen has hired celebrity divorce powerhouse Laura Wasser to represent him.

Geffen will also be footing the bill for his ex’s legal fees.

The record executive was previously romantically linked to Cher in the 1970s, before coming out as gay in 1992.
