This week's best and worst features lots of minis in all sorts of fabrics -- namely leather and feathers -- and unique cuts. With the weather heating up, more skin is bared. Most of the short frocks were magnificent, but a few were "meh."

Also, one of our favorite actors and human beings rocked an unflattering 'stache that was a cross between old man and porno star. It left us shaking our heads for a minute, but we still love him. Here are our picks for the week's fashion and style ups and downs.

The Best:

Rose Byrne

The Aussie actress was pretty and petite in an eggshell Emilio Pucci mini with sheer sleeves. We love the pairing of a neutral dress with smoky eyes and messy chocolate locks.

Jennifer Lopez

Only J. Lo can match her studded and spiked hot pink heels to her lipstick and pull it off. Even in casual jeans, La Lopez is a glamazon.

Jessica Szhor

The raven-haired actress donned a Haute Hippie dress with an unusual cut, courtesy of the sleeves. It was a fresh take on the ubiquitous LBD. We likey.

Gemma Arterton

Leather in late May? Oh yeah! The Bond Girl wore clingy and form-fitting black leather and was infinitely sexy when doing so. She was in London, where temps are still relatively cool, so the fabric was doable.

The Worst:

Kourtney Kardashian

A lace top and feathered skirt? It's too much. The poufy bottom adds pounds. This looks like something her lil sis Kimmy would wear lately.

Rita Ora

We know this is a stage outfit, but there is no reason anyone, including this cute British singer, needs white jeans with a face. It's silly and childish, unless you're 6.

George Clooney

Okay, we're cheating here since the selection to this list is not about what he's wearing. We love Clooney's monochromatic ensemb and his salt and pepper hair. But that skinny 'stache? It's a crime against himself.
