Best + Worst Dressed of the Week: Katie Holmes, Miley Cyrus + More

Stars and celebs are busting out their best summer-ready attire this week, even at dressy events. Katie Holmes was a vision in a white Chloe frock, while Miley Cyrus was, hands-down, the worst dressed we've seen all year. Punk chic is one thing. Forced punk chic is something else entirely. 

The Best:

Katie Holmes

The former Mrs. Tom Cruise rocked a white one-shouldered Chloe dress with some volume at the top and a dropped waist. Paired with gladiator-like strappy sandals, the frock was crisp, clean, and toga-like. Katie's messy wind-blown hair added to the overall summery look.

Jennifer Aniston

Style watchers may accuse the actress of playing it safe with yet another LBD, but her Dior mini was sexy, embellished on the side, and anything but boring. Oh, and Jen, we're loving the deep side part, too.

Taylor Swift

Swift donned a white Pucci gown with a flowing skirt and a halter top. It was summery sweet, and the ballerina topknot was a darling touch, as was her blue eye makeup. She looked angelic as a bunhead.

Amy Adams

The actress was draped in a black Nina Ricci at a 'Man of Steel' premiere. It was ruffled without being fussy.

The Worst:

Miley Cyrus

Cyrus was wretched in a pair of sweatpant-jeans. Yes, that's exactly what her pants were -- a fashion split personality in one piece of attire. It was hideous with heels and a leather jacket. Did someone dare her to wear this in public?

This outfit is so bad that it is the absolute and only "worst" of this week. Nothing else could compare or compete.
