We're not WTF'ing over the strange cut-outs on the white dress celebutante Kim Kardashian wore to a Millions of Milkshakes opening in Kuwait. She's definitely worn stranger things.

We're WTF'ing over her decision to wear this outfit in the Middle East.

The culture stresses that women dress demurely, and while her geometric dress did observe the general rules of covering her shoulders and wearing long sleeves (sort of), that was about as far as she was willing to go.

Even though there are weird mesh panels covering her flesh, there's still that peek-a-boo nature. We don't get the whole see-through panel thing across her chest (would it have killed her to put the girls away for a day?) and the ones from elbow to forearm that almost mimicked gloves.

See the little girl in the red? She seems to share our opinion that this was an ill-advised and poorly chosen dress.
