The former daytime queen was spotted arriving at Delmonico’s in New York City on Tuesday night, flanked by two attorneys and longtime ride-or-die Suzanne Bass, her former executive producer and partner in purple chair power.

Wendy, never one to miss a moment, was dressed to slay — head-to-toe fabulous and unmistakably Wendy — as she strutted into the steakhouse.

When a bystander asked what she was wishing for this year, she didn’t hesitate: “Out of guardianship,” per TMZ.

The mother-of-one has been open about her struggles, including mental health issues and a battle with Graves’ disease, an autoimmune condition that causes anxiety, tremors, and eye bulging.
