What Does ‘Stay Liquid’ Mean? ‘S.W.A.T.’s Final Message Is the Life Advice We Didn’t Know We Needed
Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson and the team tapped the S.W.A.T. seal for the last time.
The CBS drama starring Shemar Moore (Hondo) wrapped for good on Friday (May 16).
The two-hour action-packed finale dealt with carjackers and ex-pat Russian mercenaries who held Los Angeles hostage with buried explosives.
Although S.W.A.T.'s loyal fan base will miss the show, CBS gave them the joy of witnessing Hondo participate in one last epic fist fight while the team fought to save HQ.
How Did 'S.W.A.T.' End?
Deacon (Jay Harrelson) called one last team meeting, where he gave each member a black box containing a special watch engraved with the words: "20 squad, stay liquid."
"I hope this will always be a reminder that every minute spent together on this team is the greatest gift of all," Deacon said.
"I don't know what to say, D. This team wouldn't be what it is without you by my side," Hondo admitted.
"That goes for all of you, when I think about what we've been through together..." he continued before being interrupted by another mission. "What are we waiting for? Gear up. Let's go save this city."
