Rosie O'Donnell has bid adieu to the United States with her 12-year-old daughter, and her service dog, Kuma.

The comedian confirmed her move to Ireland on TikTok, telling her followers, "The people here are so loving, kind, and welcoming. I’m very grateful.”

She stated that her sudden move is due to the current political climate in the U.S., and although she didn't name-check President Donald Trump, the two have been harsh critics of each other for years.

"It has been heartbreaking to see what is happening over there politically and hard for me personally as well," she said in the clip.

“When you know it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that’s when we will consider coming back,” the former talk show host continued.

O'Donnell noted her dislike of the U.S. media, saying: “The mainstream media has been letting us all down in America, where the fourth estate is required to maintain a democracy. They haven’t been doing their job.”

"Here’s hoping they will get better before it’s too late, and here’s hoping it’s not too late already. I encourage everyone to stand up, to use their voice, to protest, to demand that we follow the Constitution in our country, and not a king and not a man and we don’t have cruelty as part of our governing style," she added.

The former The View co-host urged her followers to "protect" their "sanity as much as you can, and try not to swim in the chaos."

True to form, President Trump criticized the actress after hearing of O'Donnell's move across the pond.

During a White House meeting with Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin, a reporter asked Martin why he would allow O'Donnell to take up residence in the country.

"That’s true, I like that question. Do you know you have Rosie O’Donnell? Do you know who she is? You’re better off not knowing," Trump scoffed.
