Chris Watts Calls Himself a 'Good Man,' Despite Murdering Family

Chris Watts' jailhouse letters have been exposed, and the convicted murderer continues to talk about his former wife, Shanann Watts.

According to RadarOnline.com, in letters written to friends, Chris accused his dead wife of being a "control freak" who didn't give him enough attention.

He also reportedly stated that Shanann's behavior drove him to have an affair with Nichol Kessinger.

Kessinger also caught the wrath of Chris, whom he allegedly deemed a "harlot" and "evil woman."

He also accused her of tempting him with "flattering speech" and "lust in her eyes."

Chris saved his kind words for himself, despite murdering his wife and two children, he still considers himself a "good man."

An insider told the outlet that these "latest prison letters are a masterclass in manipulation, self-pity and blame-shifting."

"Instead of taking full responsibility for the unthinkable crimes he committed, he casts himself as a weak, misguided man led astray," they added.

In August 2018, Chris murdered his wife and two daughters, Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3. He disposed of their bodies at a job site that the oil company he worked for owned.

He was sentenced to five life sentences without the possibility of parole and is currently housed at the Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, Wisconsin.

The prolific case has been spotlighted in several TV series, including the Netflix documentary American Murder: The Family Next Door.
