Prince never worked with or knew Michael Jackson, but he may still testify against the tour promoter who both hired and was supposed to supervise Michael’s doctor, Conrad Murray, because that’s how the American justice system works.

The late Michael Jackson and Prince could finally cross paths as MJ’s mother Katherine has plans to use the Purple One as a witness in her wrongful death lawsuit against promoter AEG.

Michael’s kids, Prince Michael I and II and Paris, helped along by Katherine, are suing the promoter for $40 billion in damages. (Yes, billion with a B.)

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Katherine has a list of over 100 witnesses she plans to have testify, including Prince, who allegedly had bad experiences with AEG in the past.
