Whether or not Courteney Cox has actually gone under the knife is up for debate, but she's gotten enough injectables and Botox to render her pretty face practically immobile.

The actress admits having a procedure called Ulthera to produce collagen and is in the planning stages for Fraxel, which will remove brown spots off her arms, chest and makeup-free face. Anything to keep her looking as youthful as possible before she hits her big 5-0.

In other attempts to turn back the clock, Cox told Conan O'Brien in a recent interview that she plans to wear low-cut tops whenever possible to distract from her face. Which may sound crazy, but at least it's free and doesn't require visits to a doctor.
