Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked (as predicted) and a hearing has been set to see whether she'll have to go to jail .

LOL JK we know that won't happen.

LiLo wasn't present at the hearing -- she was too busy following around the Wanted -- but it centered around her lying to the cops after she crashed her Porsche into a truck last June. That violated her probation from her jewelry theft case, so it's now been revoked.

A hearing has been scheduled by Commissioner Jane Godfrey (the judge in this case) for Jan. 15, when La Lohan could face up to 245 days in jail. But that's not likely to happen because she apparently sacrificed enough virgins to pull a judge who isn't a big believer in jail time for non-violent offenses.

Seriously.

When Godfrey isn't busy dealing with the antics of wayward starlets, she rehabilitates drug users and the homeless and believes in getting them counseling rather than locking them up. Normally we'd applaud those common-sense measures, but Lindsay is no common-sense offender. A few months in the slammer might do her a world of good.

But if anyone's more terrified of that prospect than she is, it's probably her father. Without her around to sell out, he just might go broke.
