Brooke Shields Without Makeup

Brooke Shields, seen here in 2006, was a special guest star along with Edie Falco to kick-off Ariel Dofman's play 'Speak Truth to the Power' -- and the actress/model decided to attend the event sans makeup.

Models without makeup, making the average citizen feel better since forever.

Shields looks so different, it's hard to recognize her as everyone's favorite blatantly-nude castaway in the classic 'Blue Lagoon.'

Of course she's also 30 years older now and not surrounded by sand or palm trees -- or Christopher Atkins.
