Religious rantings sure do travel fast, and that's good news for zealots. But if you’re an enthusiastic evangelist like Angus T. Jones and you try to impress your godly new friends by publicly insulting your very high-paying day job, having the people in charge at said job see your comments about the “filth” they create could be detrimental to your employment health.

Especially if those people include ‘Two and a Half Men' creator Chuck Lorre, who's certainly no stranger to firing mouthy sitcom stars.

Sources from the show told TMZ that while Lorre and other execs from Warner Brothers did see the video of Jones urging everyone to boycott the show that pays him $350,000 an episode, there's been no talk yet of letting him out of his contract.

In fact, despite his proclaimed distaste for being a cast member, it doesn't seem Jones has ever even tried to get out of his contract.

You may recall Lorre famously fired Charlie Sheen after his outbursts and insults, so it stands to reason that he might be considering setting the caged Jones free, too. The show is currently in production and Jones’ character is only appearing in single scene Skype calls anyway, so it might not be that difficult to just write him off.

In the meantime, Jones’ mother has now come out and expressed concern that her 19-year-old son is being taken advantage of by a cultish church.

Seems he’s joined a Seventh-Day Adventist congregation in California, and his mom thinks they might be doing suspicious things to his state of mind and "exploiting" him.

She has a point. The guy who appears in the “testimony” video with Jones - which was recorded in his trailer on the set of the evil show in which he stars - is one Christopher Hudson, who posts regular webcasts called 'ForeRunner Chronicles.'

Those little slices of video goodness feature Hudson babbling on about Jay-Z being a Freemason with ties to the devil and President Obama having a pro-gay agenda similar to Hitler (since Adolf so loved the gays). Oh, and something about how the New York gas crisis could lead to cannibalism.

Really. To be more specific, he said, “Your baby might start looking like a chicken wing.” Because that totally happens.

And apparently Jones is buying it. In the video with Hudson that made the rounds on Monday, Jones enthused, “I love watching 'ForeRunner Chronicles' ... all the information is so great.”

If you can stand it, take a look at the aforementioned ZOMG YOUR BABY IS A HOTWING video below. After watching it, we're thinking maybe it's time to call in the deprogrammers.
