Lea Michele’s Foundation Blob

'Glee' star Lea Michele made a big oopsie when she rushed out the door to an event in late 2012.

And we know the performer was in a hurry because she didn't blend the foundation on her chest, which apparently covered a boob-area blemish of some sort.

Instead, she's stuck with a clump of crap right on her decolletage, distracting us from her lovely earrings and "right now" wine-hued mani.

The cheap lesson here? Look before you leap out the front door on your way to a red carpet event.
