Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas Quietly Selling Their Homes as Divorce Rumors Swirl
Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have been quietly offloading a few of their homes, leading many to believe their marriage is in trouble. Are they headed for divorce?
According to RadarOnline.com, the couple, who tied the knot in November 2000, have "been trying to sell their $32.4 million retreat in Majorca, Spain, as well as a $12 million estate in upstate New York that's been their primary home since 2019."
Zeta-Jones, 55, and Douglas, 80, also listed their Los Angeles condo for $7 million last month, reported the New York Post.
Sources told RadarOnline.com that Douglas' old age is becoming an issue for Zeta-Jones, who is 25 years younger than her Hollywood legend husband.
"He's looking more fragile than ever and he's not as quick-thinking or as mobile as he used to be, and that's been a problem for Catherine," an insider told the outlet, claiming the actress "has become more of a caretaker to him than a wife and she's frustrated."

"Her career has taken a back seat to caring for Michael. Catherine wants to travel the world and play golf, do more movies, and work with interesting people and Michael can't keep up with her. Instead, he sits at home and worries about the state of the world. It's just become a sad situation for them," the source continued.
Since the couple is selling off their properties, "people around them are whispering it must mean they're headed for divorce."
Zeta-Jones and Douglas have two children together: Carys, 22, and Dylan, 24.
The Basic Instinct actor also has a son, Cameron, 46, from a previous relationship.
