No. 10: Tori Spelling – Worst Celebrity Boob Jobs

Tori Spelling has some of the worst honkers in Hollywood.

She admits she had boob remorse after her initial enhancement surgery, and we can certainly tell why. Her crooked cleavage leaves a lot to be desired -- in fact, we suspect she went on the day the receptionist was doing surgeries instead of the plastic surgeon. Or her doctor was doing some sort of teach-the-blind-internship program.

Either way, someone messed up big time. Spelling recently told 'Good Morning America' that in addition to the aesthetic mess, she regretted having the surgery after finding out that it limited her ability to produce milk when she became a mother. And since she's been pretty much eternally pregnant for years now, that's a whole lotta regret.
