Lindsay Lohan's Tour de Fail continued today, with legal, career and personal drama. An underachiever, she is not.

Lindsay Lohan might be in even more trouble than we thought -- her current court case has been transferred to the same judge who oversaw her jewelry theft case and supervised her probation: Judge Stephanie Sautner. And Judge Steph (she lets us call her that) doesn't have much patience for the likes of LiLo.

Despite posing for photos with Lindsay Lohan and inviting her to meet his family, Max George of the Wanted is pretty much -- publicly, anyway -- completely opposed to dating her. Fair enough, considering that between the two of them the best catch is probably something that can be treated with antibiotics.

Shawn Holley -- the west coast half of the counsel that Lindsay Lohan had on retainer because she gets in trouble often enough to need attorneys nationwide -- has finally had enough of her shenanigans and refuses to return to the fold.

Once upon a time Lindsay Lohan was a fresh-faced young star who enjoyed switching places with her long-lost twin sister and swapping bodies with Jamie Lee Curtis. But after a well-received turn in 2004's 'Mean Girls,' it all went to hell.

The continuing courtroom antics steadily march on in Lindsay Lohan's most recent legal woes, this time in relation to her California car accident in which she still claims she wasn't driving even though she totally was. But rather than accept a plea deal that could keep her out of jail, LiLo has denied all offers of help from prosecutors -- because she's convinced she's “innocent.”

Charlie Sheen is apparently the King of Hollywood, so much so that he gives Lindsay Lohan much-needed cash, is offered lap dances from Lady Gaga, and knows from first-hand experience which celebrities can really get their party on.

Since Lindsay Lohan doesn't get much acting work -- and following the profile piece about her time on set of 'The Canyons,' she probably won't -- she had to find some way to make cash. And according to one tabloid (and possibly her father), it's by being arm candy for rich dudes.

Lindsay Lohan, known for making infamously fantastic life and legal decisions, is on a roll this week. Not only did she reject a rehab plea deal that would keep her -- once again -- out of jail, she also may have given walking papers to her long-suffering attorney, Shawn Holley.

Lindsay Lohan has garnered her fair share of media attention based on her propensity for getting herself in repeated legal trouble and some allegedly sticky fingers, but while all these things keep her in the public eye, they also ultimately keep her out of work. And a new profile of the actress shed a whole lot of light on how bad the problem really is.

Right on schedule, Lindsay Lohan is being accused of stealing things again -- this time a bracelet that once belonged to Elizabeth Taylor and all the furniture and flooring that Bravo used in LiLo's now-empty home for her episode of 'Million Dollar Decorators.'

Lindsay Lohan can no longer afford to pay the rent on her home and has since been evicted (or she's just relocating to New York, as her rep would have us believe) -- and you can profit from her misfortune. Of course by "profit" we mean "live in a house that reeks of lost opportunity and flop sweat."

Supposedly (and take this with a grain of whatever Lindsay Lohan prefers to snort these days), the occasional actress/current Wanted groupie is considering making a porno to the tune of $2.5 million dollars. Girl's got bills to pay!
