After the Biebs emerged from a hospital in Central London where he was convalescing for breathing related problems, the paparazzi were waiting outside to talk to him. Like they do. So of course he lunged and threatened to "beat the f---" out of one of them.

Justin Bieber had a major health scare following his London concert last night (March 7), but he seems to be enjoying his hospital stay as best he can -- namely, shirtless. Because if he'll do it on a public street, why not in a medical facility?
