Jay-Z isn't easily amused, but one thing in particular made the 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' rapper chuckle: Miley Cyrus' adorably Caucasian attempts at twerking.

On his track 'Somewhereinamerica' from his album that dropped on Independence Day, Hov LOLs (as in "laughs out loud" -- not a reference to Cyrus' recent box office bomb) at the newly-urban starlet's attempt to work the junk in her trunk.

"When I was talking Instagram / Last thing you wanted was your picture snapped / Feds still lurking / They see I'm still putting work in / 'Cause somewhere in America / Miley Cyrus is still twerkin', ha! / Twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk / Twerk, Miley, Miley, twerk / Twerk, Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley, twerk / Twerk, yeah, uh-huh / Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley / Only in America."

The diss follows Cyrus' own bizarre, sudden hip-hop transformation -- as well as a diss of her own against Hov. (Bad move, Cyrus.)

If you'll recall, Cyrus' highest charting single ever, 'Party in the U.S.A.,' featured the lyric "And a Jay-Z song was on," but she later claimed to have "never heard a Jay-Z song" because she "doesn't listen to pop music."

Maybe it's because she was too busy listening to Lil Kim. Or, you know, herself.
