Rihanna Debuts Short, Curly Hairstyle [PHOTO]

Rihanna has a few purposes for her Instagram account: topless selfies, weed smoking selfies and hairstyle selfies. She took to the photosharing app once more last night to indulge in the latter breed of self portrait, showing off a style that may have been last seen on a blind girl in Lionel Richie’s ‘Hello’ video.

In the shot, RiRi rocks red lipstick on her pout and doesn’t look too happy. The cut — if it’s not one of her infamous and many weaves, that is — is short, black and tightly curled.

Of course, it still looks stunning, because, well, she’s Rihanna and every imaginable hair color and style manage to flatter her.

She doesn’t seem to be a huge fan of the style herself, captioning the photo, “Still tryna get used to my hurr, so I threw on some #redlipstick #RIRIWoo.”

If you need to “get used to” your hurr, chances are you don’t love it. But on the bright side, you can distract from it and shamelessly plug your brand at the same time with a painted pucker.

Well played, RiRi. Well played.
