Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora will not be performing the upcoming portion of the band's tour for what the PR team in charge of such situations are calling "personal reasons." Reasons which may or may not be related to Jon Bon Jovi being a Jerky McJerkFace.

According to the band's website, "Due to personal issues, Richie Sambora will not be performing on this upcoming leg. All shows will go on as scheduled."

No further clarification was given to this statement (released on April 3), but this is not the first time Sambora has been absent for a tour. During Bon Jovi's 2011 tour, he missed 13 shows because he was in rehab for alcoholism.

This time around, though, Sambora's still on the wagon but, according to TMZ, taking a break because lead singer Jon Bon Jovi was treating him unfairly. The two have apparently had tension for years that finally came to a head, with a source claiming the situation is a "classic Jagger/Richards blowup."

In addition to Jon "belittling" Richie, there have also been fights over money.

Sambora was notably absent during the band's Calgary show (April 2), during which Jon told the crowd, "I had two choices: pack up and go home or give you everything I got ... Richie Sambora won't be performing for a while. If there's ever a night I need you, it's tonight, Calgary!"

Richie, meanwhile, has been spending time with his daughter. Sources say they hope to have him back by April 19, when they are set to perform in his hometown of Los Angeles.
