Michael Jackson Posthumously Accused of Molesting Choreographer Wade Robson

Even four years after his death, it seems Michael Jackson can’t escape child molestation allegations — choreographer Wade Robson has come out with new accusations against the fallen King of Pop.

TMZ reports that Robson — who’s worked with acts like ‘N Sync and Britney Spears and on shows like ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ — is seeking money from Jackson’s estate for the abuse he claims to have endured at the hands of Michael.

Jackson met Robson when Robson was 5 years old, and the two remained close up until Jackson’s death in 2009. Between the ages of 7 and 14, Robson is said to have participated in Jackson’s now-infamous sleepovers at the Neverland Ranch.

The accusations are particularly surprising because in 2005, Robson testified in court that Jackson never molested him. However, Jackson’s maid, Blanca Francia, said in court she once saw Robson and Jackson in the shower together when Robson was just 9 years old.

Robson’s attorney filed his complaint, called a late creditor’s claim, under seal — which means it will not go on public record. However, sources insisted to TMZ that it does, in fact, outline the childhood molestation Robson says happened, as well as testimony from a child psychiatrist who treated him.

Robson, 30, is claiming to have suffered “repressed memory,” which would serve as an explanation for not filing allegations earlier — and would explain his denial of any molestation under oath.

Jackson’s estate responded to the claims — and not kindly.

“Mr. Robson’s claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,” Jackson estate attorney Howard Weitzman told TMZ.

“Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is.”
