Lindsay Lohan might be in even more trouble than we thought -- her current court case has been transferred to the same judge who oversaw her jewelry theft case and supervised her probation: Judge Stephanie Sautner. And Judge Steph (she lets us call her that) doesn't have much patience for the likes of LiLo.

When they last crossed paths, Lohan was given 14 days of community service in a morgue and five therapy sessions that she had to complete within the year. She was also expected to come in regularly to check in with Sautner about her progress.

After completing the probation, the judge gave LiLo a stern lecture, saying in part, “The only thing you have to do is follow all laws ... Live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work."

"I don't expect to see you again," she ominously added. "You know what you have to do."

DUN DUN DUNNNN! Insert dramatic groundhog here, because something tells us she won't be happy to see La Lohan in her courtroom again.

The probation violation hearing will take place on Jan. 30. Lindsay is facing three misdemeanor charges for “willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving.”

The trial will take place on Feb. 27 -- with or without a lawyer. Is it too late for us to get tickets?
