Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong has turned down an offer to appear on 'Dancing With the Stars.' Because if it's not good enough for Lindsay Lohan, it's probably not good enough for anyone.

It should be noted that this offer happened before Armstrong confessed to Oprah that he used performance enhancing drugs to win his seven Tour de France titles. But that probably just turned the producers of 'DWTS' on even more.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the show regularly asks “big-get” celebrities to appear on the program and Armstrong is just one of several who were approached for the upcoming season.

This has been confirmed by his spokesperson: “Lance has been offered the show each and every year since its inception. Although flattered he has passed on their generous offers.”

Which is a polite way of saying, "He'll never appear on your show. Kindly go back to your D-list celebrity scrounging."

'Dancing With the Stars' and a yet unnamed cast of people with less dignity than Lance Armstrong returns on March 18.
