Continuing to promote their vapid reality show 'Kourtney & Kim Take Miami,' Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney stopped by 'The Late Show With David Letterman' on Wednesday night, Jan. 16.

But rather than discussing babies and sharing breast milk, the topic of conversation turned to Kim's 72-day marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries.

Or as we call it, "that media stunt that's keeping Kim from marrying baby-daddy Kanye West."

When Dave asked why ending the marriage was taking so long, Kim said they've been "trying to wrap it up" for two years but "it's hard" because Humphries wants an annulment instead of a divorce.

“The only legal way to get an annulment is if fraud were involved, so that’s what tricky,” Kim explained to Letterman. “So he's suing me for an annulment based on the fact that I frauded him for publicity ... That's the only way to get an annulment -- is if one person was frauded."

"Frauded." It's a word because she says it is. Look it up, it's in the Kardashian Diktionary.

Then Kourtney threw the major shade, “But I think if she was going to [get married] for publicity, she’d pick someone that people knew.”

As the audience howled a collective "oh no she D'INT," Dave gave a "haha ouch," Kim pretended not to laugh, and Kourtney sat there looking far too smug for someone who's had two kids with a guy like Scott Disick.

As for us, we're just looking for the first available opportunity to drop the word "frauded" into a conversation today.
