Justin Bieber isn't just annoying the cops with his speeding. He's also really pissing off some guys who are a lot bigger than he is.

Keyshawn Johnson, a wide receiver who used to play pro football for the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys and New York Jets, is livid with Bieber for speeding in his Calabasas, Calif. neighborhood.

Bieber was racing his Ferrari in their residential area, which infuriated Johnson, who then chased after Bieber in his own Prius. Somehow, he caught up to the 'Boyfriend' singer, despite, you know, driving a Prius. However, before Johnson could confront Bieber directly, Bieber fled into his house and locked Johnson out.

Guess he's just not as brave as he used to be.

Johnson's agent Jerome Stanley told TMZ, "Keyshawn is taking the situation very seriously. He wants Justin to slow down and be a responsible neighbor."

Meanwhile, NFL Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson isn't pleased with Bieber's behind-the-wheel antics either.

Dickerson told TMZ, "I've seen [Justin] driving fast around Calabasas before in the Ferrari ... it's just not safe."

While Dickerson admitted he used to dangerously speed himself, he noted that he did it on freeways -- and that Johnson is likely just looking out for his brood, not being a jerk to Bieber for no reason.

"I don't blame Keyshawn, he's got kids ... I don't blame him for trying to get [Justin's] attention," Dickerson said. "I would've been the same way ... when you're a father it takes on a whole new meaning. Plus, we got that football mentality."

More dangerous than speeding? Pissing off a wide receiver and a running back.
