Ever wanted your politics to be more fun but Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart somehow just don't do it for you?

What the hell is wrong with you? But alright, fine. Enter late-night host Jimmy Fallon and 'NBC Nightly News' and 'Rock Center' anchor Brian Williams to slow-jam about the debt ceiling with an assist from the Roots.

Williams, who's shown off his comedic chops on '30 Rock' as a liquor-fueled Katie Couric hater who trashes his dressing room every night, kept a completely straight face as Fallon fought off the giggles.

Fallon was most tripped-up during lines related to boners. For example, Obama “having a hard time getting it [the debt ceiling] up” and “Take it from my man Brilly Willy: Ain’t nothing worse than a soft Boehner ... Especially when it starts leaning a little to the left.”

Other notable lyrics include: “The United States really couldn't get any broker / Gotta liquidate its assets just like Al Roker” and “Our economy could really use a shot in the arm / It's sounds like a job for Lance Armstrong.”

Bonus points to Williams for an amazing Salt-n-Pepa interlude. Between this, his '30 Rock' stint and his numerous hilarious appearances on 'The Daily Show,' isn't it about time he busted out of that stuffy newsroom and got a late-night show of his own?
