Jennifer Love Hewitt's weight-loss secrets include a form of yoga called Buti yoga, which combines the yawn qualities of yoga with dancing.

JLH says she works out three to four times a week, either in class or at home with a workout DVD, and enthuses, "Buti has given my arms and shoulders definition, and helped to lift my butt, too."

She's come a long way from being mocked for photos of herself in a bikini -- photos which she rightly defended.
