Over the past several years, President Obama and Jay-Z have become very good friends who occasionally come together like the powerhouse of cool they are.

And POTUS and Hova have one topic they always chat about: the women they love.  Especially their daughters.

President Obama has been doing the radio circuit while on the campaign trail, and during a chat with Cleveland's Z107.9, he was asked what his relationship with Jay-Z and wife Beyonce was all about.

"They're good people," Obama said. "They're down to earth. Beyonce could not be sweeter to Michelle and the girls. So they're good friends. They really are down-to-earth folks. We talk about the same things I talk about with all my friends."

And that includes their roles as parents. When hip hop's power couple hosted a campaign fundraiser for the president in September, Obama said he "made sure that Jay-Z was helping Beyonce out [with baby daughter Blue Ivy] and not leaving it all with mom and the mother-in-law."

Jay-Z may famously have 99 problems, but it seems the sound advice he gets from famous friends isn't one of them.
