Things you do know about actor Ian Somerhalder: he's insanely attractive, has the eyes of a Siberian Husky, is an immortal blood-sucker on 'The Vampire Diaries,' bears a striking resemblance to Chase Crawford and makes furniture while shirtless (in our minds, anyway).

For everything else, there's Us Weekly's regular feature, "25 Things You Didn't Know About Me."

Like did you know he can write in cursive with his feet? That's pretty impressive considering they barely teach kids to write in cursive with their hands anymore.

And did you know he needs to eat every hour, he can't have tangerines on Tuesdays, and that everything he eats is covered in truffle oil? (We just hope that doesn't include his self-proclaimed guilty pleasure, Cap'n Crunch.)

He also has aspirations to visit Mars, flew 83 times last year and wishes he could paint.

And then there's a bunch of stuff about how much he loves animals and values the environment -- something his IS Foundation makes pretty clear. But if Us Weekly called its feature "25 Things You Already Know About Me," it probably wouldn't get nearly the traffic.
