When an upcoming cover of GQ featuring Beyonce leaked on Instagram earlier this week, the magazine's legal team sent out a whole slew of take-down letters to websites that posted it.

But apparently GQ got tired of paying its attorneys to play whack-a-mole, because the publication finally decided to just share the cover its own damned self. Which is probably what it should've done in the first place.

Anyway, the sanctioned release features a post-baby Beyonce looking every bit as fierce as one would expect, clad in red leopard print panties and a severely cropped sports tee.

Either this wardrobe choice is promoting her upcoming Super Bowl halftime show, or under-boob is about to be the next big thing. (Please let it be the former. We're confused about the whole side-boob trend already.)

Some have compared this cover to Rihanna's GQ cover back in December, to which we say "bitch, please." Because while Bey's outfit is pretty skimpy, at least she's wearing more than just a strategically-placed arm.

The February issue of GQ spotlights its picks for the 100 Sexiest Women of the Century and will be available for your ogling pleasure on Jan. 15.

In the meantime, here are a couple more photos of the Bootylicious One reportedly taken by famed hipster photographer Terry Richardson.
